Council planning record

T1 Pine. Dead stem to remove. T2 Ash. Twin-stem with deadwood in the canopy typical of the species and age. Low canopy over footway and encroaching on neighbouring property. Historically reduced. To reduce regeneration growth back to previous pruning points leaving a canopy spread of 12 -14m and a height of 11-12m to bring the tree back into scale with its surroundings. Remove sections of major deadwood larger than 50mm in diameter and prune away from adjacent property to ensure 2.5-3m clearance from roof. T3 Cherry. Alongside the rear boundary wall. Tree has attained approximately 20% of its full growth potential and has the capacity to disrupt the adjacent wall; some minor cracking has been observed. To reduce the tree by approximately 1.5m to leave a crown spread of 5m and a height of 5m keeping the tree in scale with its surroundings and reducing the potential for disruption to the wall. Remove ivy. T4 Winter Flowering Cherry. To remove reversion growth on main stem. G5 Prunus Sp. Mixed species developing up against adjacent wall and buildings. Prune away from buildings and wall to give 500mm clearance. T6 Poplar. Tree has been monolithed historically. It is in good condition with copious regeneration growth. To reduce the tree back to previous pruning points and to clear the ivy from the base.
