Application overview
We wish to comply with the wishes of Sedgwick Loss Adjusters and the arboricultural report prepared by Property Risk Inspection Ltd and fell T1 Field Maple of the TPO 03V08 (identified as T4 in the documentation attached). It has been implicated in the subsidence damage to 2 Stirlings Close, OX12 7AU and its removal is required in order to stabilise the property for repairs to be carried out. Fortunately T2 Field Maple of the TPO can be retained and this tree will contribute to the tree scape of Garston Lane helping to mitigate for the loss of T1.
