Council planning record

5x Lime trees: Trees are becoming out of scale with their situation and significantly shadow adjacent properties and even though they are part of the local street scene and are protected, I feel that some form of size management would be in order beyond light reductions. The trees in the adjacent churchyard were heavily reduced in the not too distant past and it is my sense that these trees should be lightly restructured, reducing by approximately 4-5m, leaving a finished height of 16-18m depending on the original height of tree with a commensurate or pro-rata reduction on side growth maintaining the overall structure of the group of trees and the line of trees, but reducing back from the gardens and adjacent properties behind to allow for future cyclical management and thinning of regeneration heads to maintain them at a size suitable for the situation.
