Application overview
We wish to fell Honey Locust (1) per the attached sketch plan and plant a new tree in the vicinity. The tree is dead - see attached photos. Last year both Honey Locust trees in our garden were performing badly, a tree surgeon came and removed the diseased branches. Honey Locust (2) responded well and recovered (see photo) but Honey Locust (1) deteriorated further and is now dead. We wish to fell Honey Locust (1) and plant a new tree in the vicinity but away from the wall. We are concerned that the dead tree could fall and damage the wall behind.
