Council planning record

None of the trees to be felled have TPO's on them Two large eucalyptus trees one facing the back boundary over hanging the private car park at the rear or the house and one in the bottom right hand corner of the garden leaning onto the boundary brick wall. Both trees to be removed to ground level and to have stumps ground out. The tree over hanging the car park is being removed due to excessive shade over garden, bird excrement from pigeons covering cars and lawn. Non native tree that is too large for plot. The other tree is leaning on a wall and since the last storm has moved the coping stone topping of the wall. Having had a previous tree removed because of damage to a wall we want to prevent this happening again here. Non native tree creating excessive shade and bird excrement from pigeons on to patio. Now too large for plot. No replanting anticipated due to plenty of other trees in the garden which will benefit from these trees removal (Cherry/Rowan/silver birch)
