Application overview
Conversion of two bays of a listed four bay timber framed barn for ancillary use to the main house. Works to include repairs to historic frame, replacement of concrete floors with breathable floors, new roof covering including insulation, installation of heating and power. Bay one is to be converted to accommodation, with bay two converted to studio and games room. The remaining half of the barn to be simply repaired with minimal intervention. (Amended elevation plan received 6th October 2021.) (Amended parking plan received 29th November 2021.) (Amended DAS and Bat Survey received 21st April 2022.)
