2 large beech trees located 8m from the south west corner of the property. Located wholly in a private garden and cannot be seen from a public location. Trees therefore provide no public amenity value. The trees cause considerable shading have caused significant area of turf to die. Trees are close to the property and therefore branches must be kept a safe distance. Branches have fallen onto vehicles parked underneath and caused damage. Proposal is to: remove all deadwood, remove all crossed or rubbing branches, crown lift 2m, crown thin 20%, crown reduction 20%. Proposal to be completed asap before significant leaf growth.
