Application overview
Convert the two car garage into two storey living accommodation with sitting room, study and utility room on ground floor and bedroom with ensuite bathroom on first floor. Internal alterations to enlarge hall and relocate toilet on the ground floor and make second ensuite bedroom on the first floor. Remove conservatory on the South East elevation and replace with Orangery on the North East elevation. (As amended by 2018-03-01 AMENDED Block Plan Proposed dwg BLO-001 and 2018-03-01 AMENDED Floor Plan Ground Proposed drwgno 127.P01 Rev B - which demonstrate three car parking spaces within the curtilage, and the enlarged footprint of the proposed Orangery, submitted on the 1st March 2018).
