Sufficient evidence of weakness in main stem around 2m on north and south side. Results of further investigation e.g., Resistograph not likely to change decision [to fell to ground level and remove stump] based on high target value. Previous canopy reduction pruning with many years regrowth. Specification of works (provided by SDC tree officer Lesley Adams): Reduce to 6-7 metres in height
