1. Replace existing PVC guttering with cast iron guttering of suitable style for age of property including repairs to brickwork to allow fixings for brackets. 2. Fit 'Conservation Rooflight' to rear/side roof providing daylight to second floor bathroom. Also fit vents to this bathroom and adjoining toilet with ducting in roof space to outlet on roof. Suggest cast iron or similar pipe from ducting to exterior. 3. Replace modern softwood Georgian style casements at rear ground, first and second floors with 'Fairmitre Heritage' casements fitted with leaded lights. All casements to appear symmetrical with traditional iron fastenings and joinery finished in white. 4. Move oil tank from existing position outside kitchen window to left side of rear door. Erect screening wall to height and width of oil tank in reclaimed brick leaving space for throughway between Bascote House and neighbouring property. 5. Replace modern casement window in kitchen with half-glazed double French windows giving access to courtyard. Doors to be sourced from architectural salvage or built to specifications (approval to be sought). 6. Erect porch above rear door in timber and lead dressing. 7. Modify second floor rear dormer windows. Replace felt covered roof with lead dressed timber frame to produce rounded shape. 8. Extend verge tiles to gables to overlap render wall finish (retrospective).
