Non Material Amendment to Condition 12 of Planning Permission 21/02176/FUL dated 1 April 2022 (Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 55 1 and 2 bedroom retirement living accommodation apartments (Class C3) to include associated amenity space, landscaping, drainage, parking and access and all other associated works) to enable the existing building to be demolished prior to (a) A detailed site investigation shall be carried out and a Site Investigation Report submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and (b) Where unacceptable risk is identified by the Site Investigation Report, a proposed Remediation Strategy (including a Quality Assurance Scheme) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
