1. Removal of modern plasterboard ceiling panels 2. Removal of modern timber boxing to reveal original beams 3. Removal of modern paint on beams, lintels, door frames, window seats and doors 4. Repair of main roof using original tiles where possible 5. Install strapping within main roof to halt any further roof spread 6. Repairs to parapets/coping stones and chimney on main roof 7. Replace failing plastic guttering 8. Repair failing concrete flashing around chimneys and window sills 9. Install roof insulation into main roof 10. Relocate loft hatch from bedroom to landing area 11. Replace damaging concrete pointing with lime based mortar on all external walls 12. Install french drains at front and rear of house 13. Replace rotten modern (circa 1990s) softwood door and frame from sitting room to rear garden with oak door and frame 18. Remove modern bathroom installed in corner of dining room to restore original proportions of the room
