Demolition of single storey lean-to store and construct new flat roof extension to form store and disabled wc to rear of property. Remove existing lean-to roof over prep area and build up brickwork slightly and provide new flat roof and rooflight. Replace existing flat roof and form parapet wall over coldstore. Remove wall, piers and staircase at ground floor level. Provide new staircase, block up and adjust 2 no. openings and form one new door internally. Remove existing cupboards and provide new staff toilet. Remove tiled fireplace from living room and replace with new timber fireplace. Provide new external doorway to east elevation. Reinstate window in existing opening to south elevation. Provide 3 no. compressors to new flat roof are over store. Repair and repaint all windows, doors and walls. Provide new shop signs as indicated.
