Application overview
It is proposed to carry out a phase of repair and refurbishment to the building including: re-covering of the tiled roof, including sundry repairs to timbers and replacement of mid C20th roof lights and lead valley. Addition of insulation. Repair and redecoration of rainwater goods system. Raking out and repointing of exposed brickwork elements. Replacement of render to front of building. Installation of an air dam. Addition of insulation to party walls internally. Repair and redecoration of timber doors. Addition of painted signage to front elevation. (Additional roof condition report and bat survey report received 15th July 2025)
