Application overview
TPO Larch that the customer and neighbour would like to remove and replace with two Cherry trees. The Larch is too close to the house, both owner and neighbour would like it removed because it's filling the guttering regularly with needles. It's also blocking the drains on a regular basis with the needles. Customer and neighbour have fears over the structural impact on the houses. The Larch creates an excessive amount of shade, it's got a very low amenity value and is far too big for its location. Request to remove and replacement plant.
