Application overview
Reduce Magnolia in front garden by 2m - it is protruding into the high street and is being brushed by double decker buses. Also it has reached chimney height with Number 89 High Street and is covering one of their upstairs windows on side elevation. The tree was last pruned approximately 2-2.5 years ago and has grown very vigorously since then. 2m crown reduction would hopefully delay the next expensive pruning by a year or 2.
