Minor alterations to the front facade of the house including new dormer windows, replacement ground floor windows, enlarged porch. New (part replacement) one and a half storey rear extension. Replacement detached single garage. All associated landscaping. (as amended by plans received 28 March 2024 reducing depth of extension by 0.4m and height of roof, design alterations, reducing dormer widths, omitting proposed garage and retaining existing garage and moving cycle storage into rear garden).
