Application overview
The tree is a southern Magnolia tree, looking from my house it is up against a party wall and branches overhang my garden. Lots of leaves, cones and flowers once dead fall into may garden. The tree has grown massively in 2 years. My neighbour has pruned the tree once but never has it been done on my side as the neighbour kindly said they would do my side but it did not happen. The tree now blocks the sun out half way across the middle of my garden. I want to cut the branches back by 2m.
