Application overview
T1 - Rowan (Sorbus sp.) - Fell due to close proximity to house. Location within gravel driveway poses hazard in parking area. To access the existing garage it is necessary to reverse between the rowan & adjacent yew tree, which is an awkward manoeuvre T2 - Birch (Betula pendula) - Fell as tree is in declining health & has reached its life expectancy. Replace in near proximity with Robinia 'Pink Cascade' T3 - Hawthorn (Crataegus sp.) - Fell as tree in ill health. Replace with Cercis siliquastrum in near proximity T4 - Plum leaf cherry (Prunus cerasifera) - Fell to improve garden area. Replace in near proximity with Malus hupehensis (crab apple)
