Non material amendment to P22/S0003/RM for: Minor repositioning of front door to Plot 18. Minor internal layout amendments to Plots 5, 6, 7, 16 and 18. Repositioning of staircase within Plots 5, 6 and 7. Revision to the ground floor rear elevation of Plots 6, 7 and 16 to show double doors with glazing panel either side, rather than double doors with single window.
