Application overview
Felling of large walnut tree adjacent to boundary fence which has grown significantly over the past 5 years - overbearing/blocks light to both our garden and our neighbour's garden. Large roots at risk of destabilising wooden fence/affecting neighbouring property - we have had approval granted to fell a nearby Silver Birch tree for similar reason (affecting neighbour's fence)
