Variations of condition 2 (Approved plans),10 (Wildlife Protection (GCN Licence) 1) and 11 (Wildlife Protection (GCN Licence) 2) on application reference number P21/S0703/FUL (New dwelling to replace existing barn and kennel building) - to allow for changes to be made to the design of the porch, the siting of the proposed garage and the alignment of the access drive past the proposed dwelling. Changes required due to new fence between the proposed dwelling and Butlers Farmhouse that was not in place when the original application drawings were prepared. Replacement GCN report reflecting reduced impact area.(as amended by documents submitted 13 September 2023 and as amended and amplified by information received 19 October 2023).
