Council planning record

We are writing to seek permission on behalf of our client for the removal of two silver birch trees in a conservation area under your jurisdiction. Our client is concerned about the safety of a listed wall, which is being damaged by the roots of one of the trees. The second tree is situated too close to a building and poses a potential risk to the property. We have assessed the trees and believe that they will need to be removed at some point in the future in order to mitigate the risks posed. We understand the importance of preserving trees, especially in conservation areas, and we have taken great care in making this request. As per our request we will be completely removing the two silver birch trees on the east side the garden. Our client is committed to replanting the area with more suitable species to ensure the continued preservation of the environment. We hope that you will consider our request favourably, and we are happy to provide any further information you may require
