Horse Chestnut tree - we wish to remove this tree which is on our boundary line for the following reasons:- 1. It is leaning badly over onto our neighbours outbuildings at Lake House. Our neighbours have commented that they fear damage to their outbuildings due to the angle the tree has developed over the last 2 years. 2. We will be replanting with two Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) in the same area.
