Council milestones and published deadlines. A deadline passing does not confirm a decision.
FIVE DAY NOTICE Willow tree bordering the river, which is in the conservation area, blew over and requires cutting up and removal. The tree is about 150 years old, rotten and hollow, and is said by the tree surgeon to have fungus. An email and photos were sent to your department, and permission was received to carry out the work. This was done last Friday by Terry Joslyn, a local contractor. This application is as requested for your records.
