T15 Poplar Within G3 of the TPO, this tree is on the report with the following recommended works, "Remove moderate & major deadwood, Monitor foliage condition in spring 2023". However we noticed that it did not leaf up last summer and have now used the cherry picker to access the crown to confirm that it is dead. even the mistletoe in it has died which can just be seen in one of the pictures. I have circled it in red. As this tree is over the boat storage and the landing stage where the rowing boats are launched from, there is significant foot traffic and we would like to remove this tree asap. Phyllis Court are happy to replant a tree to compensate for the loss of this one within the grounds. we are happy for you to suggest a species. T11 Poplar within G3 of the TPO, "Previously reduced on south west. Poor extension growth &deadwood. Major & moderate deadwood throughout crown. Remaining crown appears sparse for species. Possible Hypholoma fasciculare (sulphur tuft) on damaged surface roots." We would therefore like to do as the tree report recommends which is "Reduce to approximately 9 meters in height to regenerate with view to provide continued wind break"
