Council planning record

T1 and T2 Lime Trees regenerated pollards. Annular girth expansions of main stems and roots are resulting in damage to adjacent boundary walls. In order to restrict such growth we recommend that both trees be repollarded If the above works are not undertaken then minimum works required to clear the adjacent lamp to cut back low growth of T1 as required to clear the lamp by 1.5m. To reduce and reshape the adjacent small Holly Tree to a rounded canopy form 1m below the lamp. T3 and T4. Two semi mature Holm Oak Trees. Reduce and reshape to promote a single rounded canopy reducing in height by 2.5m. T5. Small semimature Holm Oak Tree. Fell and grind out main root. T6 and T7. Two overgrown Hazels. Reduce to 2m high coppice. T13 and T14. 2x outgrown Leylandii Trees. fell to ground level and grind out the main roots. T15 and T16. 2x Italian Cypress Trees. Now outgrown and poor form. Fell to ground level and remove the main roots. T17. Outgrown Bay Tree. Reduce by approx 2.5m in height and reshape to a rounded form. T18. Mature Magnolia Tree.
