Application overview
Leylandii trees x 12 (estimated 25 ft tall). Request to fell. One is leaning. This is a hedge that was not maintained by previous owner and now does not provide boundary protection. Planning permission was given two years ago to replace with brick wall (attached). Subsequent plans have been approved that includes some landscaping. Leylandii would block light into windows. We intend to replace Leylandii with hedging and apple trees. Neighbours (46) have requested removal as blocking light.
