T1 - English Oak tree Very large mature specimen situated to the right hand side of the property within home bounda-ry and side fence, sitting extremely close to the side of the house, less than 3 metres from the side of the property. The tree also overhangs the pavement and road. The tree has previously been reduced. Recommend crown reduction to previous pruning point, deadwood and lift over pavement by 3 metres and on highway to 5 metres to allow high sided vehicle clearance. (2m reduction all around, crown and sides). Sketch Plan: TWS0007679_David Willey_31 St Andrew Road Henley on Thames RG9 1HY_Drawing plan
