Council planning record

A) Leylandii over swimming pool hut. As discussed, quite a potential disaster with the apical leader removed. The lateral spread to the south will become a major issue with this fast growing, and rather overplanted conifer. Reduce lapsed hedging laterals to near /at previous hedging template. B) 1x Corsican Pine. Ownership appears to be a neighbour with canopy bias and asymmetrical form to the south. Reduce back selected elongated laterals by a maximum of 2-2.5m (TPO 09S197 T4) See separate application. C) 1x Bay. There are currently 2 that shadow an old vegetable area. The vegetable area is to be restored and the larger of the 2 Bays to be felled to allow historic light levels back in. D) 1x Yew. Lapsed hedging throwing a massive shadow over proposed vegetable area. Reduce height, shaping into laterals by 2.5m as a restoration to achieve a former historic crown form
