T1 - London Plane - Crown raise over road to give 5.5m clearance to road surface, remove or loosen cables to allow for expansion of tree limbs. T2 - Sycamore - Remove minor DW as it is directly over the bench, consider reduction to T3 to allow space for T2 to grow into depending on which tree is preferred. T3 - London Plane - 1. Reduce NW edge of crown to give 2m clearance between the crown and the building. 2. Crown raise S side of crown to give clearance of 2.5m between the pavement and the crown, and 5.5m between the road surface and the crown. 3. Remove or loosen cables to allow for expansion of tree limbs.
