T1 - Mature Oak - situated adjacent to house - Tree presents with over extended form in certain places and several laterals with structural defects. Selectively reduce over extended laterals with particular focus to the southern aspect over the house bringing the over extended limbs in line with the main asoect of the crown. Lift lower crown by reducing or removing lower limbs (depending on the extent of the hazard beams/fractures). Carry out aerial climbing inspection and remove any dead, diseased or defective branches which would have a detrimental impact to the property of the neighbours if they failed.
