Application overview
Transform an existing converted barn into a modern multigenerational home. Refurbishing and extending an existing house including the lifting the roof by 1 m, addition of a one and a half storey side and rear extension to the rear of the plot. Demolition of the existing detached garage to be replaced with a detached garage of approximately the same size and scale with internal car lift providing access to the proposed underground basement / car park.
