Council planning record
The Nelson, Brightwell Baldwin, Oxon, OX49 5NP
Council milestones and published deadlines. A deadline passing does not confirm a decision.
land to rear of Lord Nelson pub - used as beer garden. T1 - Mature Willow tree in close proximity to the building and overhanging the properties gas tank. Large areas of decay throughout the canopy which shows no signs of healing and with great weight in the limbs which eventually are not going to be able to support the weight. Reduce the tree down leaving 5-6ft stem remaining from ground level, this will allow the tree to naturally regenerate. This will remove the mass from the decaying canopy leaving it in a much safer state.
