Application overview
Ash Tree - South end of the garden, close by north wall of garage - fell because of:start of structural damage to garage and paving (tree base is 60cm from wall); improve amenity by removing excessive shade to apple tree (planted 2013) and proposed pond for biodiversity and other shrubs, remove risk of occasional falling of small limbs. (There is suspected ash die back - sudden epicormic growth and trunk scarring). Felling of Ash will allow development of continus to that of a small tree (see photo) at a suitable distance from the garage.
