Trees have been previously reduced/topped, the resulting regrowth is left with the potential for failure. Lower crown encroaching into highway. Reduce all trees height down to approximately 8-9m above ground level (this is below previous reduction point as requested by tree owner). Remove all major deadwood, split and hanging branches. Raise crowns over road up to 5m, where branches are encroaching into the highway. Remove all planting stakes.
