Application overview
Application to remove a large sycamore tree that had lost a major limb. The tree is identified as T5 of Spalding Tree Preservation Order No. 2 1964 and is situated on the boundary between the eastern edge of the car park at Welland House and the western boundary of 37 Cley Hall Drive(West Elloe House). It was considered that the tree would have little amenity value should it be retained and pruned to make safe.
