This would reduce the leverage on the forks' x6 'and possible crack over the road and power line','but still keep the tree tall enough for it to retain its commanding position over the village'. The tree to be pruned to 'keep a flowing line', Please see a copy of the annotated photograph included with the application. b.'Laterals to the west at 2m overhang neighbouring property, and hang down within 3m of the ground.' 'Lift smaller branches <5cm diameter, to give a clear height of 5m'. C.'small laterals to the north and north east at 2-3 metres grow into the road.
