Erection of new porch to north elevation. Removal of existing large rooflight to south elevation. New internal timber partitions and removal of existing partitions to first floor. Raise existing trusses to proposed kitchen, reconfigure existing purlins to suit new truss positions. Replacement of existing concrete roof tiles with Burlington grey slate.
