Alter or Extend a Listed Building Regularisation of work started to remove plaster throughout (together with tongue and groove panelling on gable wall, re-plaster and decorate; remove cement pointing and white masonry paint (external) and repoint in lime; strip/varnish lacquer from beams throughout; strip paint from mullion windows; remove cement path from rear, lay French drain and gravel path; reinstate chimney pots; remove modern fireplaces, reinstate flues and install sympathetic stone surrounds; remove modern bay window and replace as per historical photograph; remove modern stud wall in kitchen (no. 7); replace floors in (no. 7) kitchen and living room (currently cement and brick) with stone flags; replace rotten window joist in pantry (no. 7) in oak.
