1. Proposed new double door white PVC sliding door to front entranceway to replace the existing double doors. 2. Proposed new windows for various rooms finished white PVC window. 3. Proposed new Equintone fibre cement cladding finished in various colours, to clad existing tile finishes. 4. Proposed new wood effect composite blanks to replace the existing cage material to the external courtyard. The new proposed blanks will have wood stack appearance with gaps to allow light and air into the covered rear yard. 5. Proposed new ramp and concrete step to the side elevation.
