Application overview
To allow for redevelopment of site in accordance with 07/0938/13 - Buildings are to be demolished in the following works sequence: asbestos removal; soft strip of 1st & 2nd fix materials; manual demolitions adjacent to retained structures i.e pedestrian link bridge; remote demolition segregating waste streams as they arise; grubbing up of building slabs; and foundations. Upon completion of demolition site will be graded and tracked to prevent slips, trips & falls. Site to be prepared for the next phase of works to deliver site redevelopment in accordance with pp ref: 07/0938/13.
