Non-material amendments to permission 170509 (granted on 10/10/2018), to amend the description of development and, by consequence, alter thewording of conditions 2 (approved plans), 51 (BREEAM), 57 (moorings strategy) and 60 (active window displays) to reduce the number of commercial units from 5 to 4 with the change of use of 1 x flexible Class A1 – A5 unit to private amenity space (Class C3) at Block W4 andchange a window to a door on both the east and south elevations to facilitate this.
