Shown in the photographs are two sycamores I am requesting to remove one is a smaller damaged one on the boundary. The larger one is completely taking over the garden and is now too big for its location and proximity to the house. Shown in the photograph you can see that the trunk splits into co-dominant leaders but with a very tight union which will potentially be a weak point in the future. Due to its proximity to the property this will have terrible consequences if it were to fail.

What these statistics cover

These figures describe applications collected by PlanningTrack for Peak District National Park Authority, across all dates currently available. They are a partial dataset, rather than an authority-wide performance measure. The date range does not establish continuous historical coverage.

The approval percentage is approved records divided by approved plus refused records. Pending, withdrawn and unknown outcomes are excluded. No percentage is shown until there is an approved or refused record.
