Jon Coe visited the property on 15th January 2025 to discuss a number of trees on site. We have also had a Tree Condition Survey completed by Roots & Shoots, a copy of which is attached to this application. Photos and a site map of tree locations are also included. Jason from Roots & Shoots has provided numerous replanting options to increase the amenity and wildlife value of the property. It is our intention to replant the area to replace the beech and slender pines. Initially we intend to plant a minimum of three common Alders and then decide the best place to replant some more species best suited to fit around the alders. Removal of T001 (dying pine at top of garden) and the small adjacent holly (shown by yellow arrow on photo). See tree report Removal of T004 (sycamore at northwest garage corner) (see site map page 5 & photograph page 16 in tree report) Removal of T006 (sycamore beside entrance) (see photo and site map - page 5 tree report) Removal of two roadside pines (... read more

we have an old apple tree in the front garden, see photo herewith. It doesn't produce many apples and when it does we can't get to them due to the previous owners having let the trunk and hence crown grow too high. The sloping lawn renders the use of ladders unsafe. Further such apples as do arrive tend to fall in the road (the tree overhangs) which doesn't make us too popular with car owners and passers bye. Would you object to us taking it down? We are intending to plant a number of new fruit trees in that area of the garden so there will be an overall level of environmental betterment.

The southern section of the highway in the Conservation Area is Tree Survey 6 month priority trees to be felled. On the west side of the highway there is a hedgerow containing young small numerous groups of ash in Stages 3 and 4 as well as dead stems marked red to be felled. On the East side a triple stem ash next to the stream with ash dieback. Replanting by natural regeneration. The northern section of the highway going into Barber Booth within the Conservation Area, Tree Survey 28 day priority, the trees are more severely affected by ash dieback at Stages 3, 4 and dead, marked red to be felled. A long group on the west side of the highway and smaller groups but more severely affected ash stems on the east side. What these statistics cover

These figures describe applications collected by PlanningTrack for Peak District National Park Authority, across all dates currently available. They are a partial dataset, rather than an authority-wide performance measure. The date range does not establish continuous historical coverage.

The approval percentage is approved records divided by approved plus refused records. Pending, withdrawn and unknown outcomes are excluded. No percentage is shown until there is an approved or refused record.
