Application overview
To undertake extensions and alterations to the existing dwelling comprising: 1. Single storey side extension. 2. Extension to link dwelling to garage. 3. To remove the existing conservatory. 4. To remove the existing roof and replace with new to form the new accommodation, including installation of roof lights. 5. Small extension to the front elevation to square off gable wall and introduce a new entrance porch. 6. To form new fenestration arrangement and install new windows and doors throughout. 7. Install new eaves, fascia's and rainwater goods throughout. 8. To remove existing uninsulated floor slab and install new to current standards.
