Change of use of the ground floor from retail to residential and external alterations to building; these include:- the erection of a front porch, front low boundary wall with brick piers and railing, a projecting canopy across the front elevation, above the ground floor windows, insertion of two projecting bay windows to replace the existing front shop windows, erection of raised deck platform to side and the removal of the rear lean-to extension and erection of a replacement conservatory.
