Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising: Engineering earthworks for the construction of a series of railway embankments(Coleshill Embankments No. 3, 4 and 5, Manor Drive Embankment); engineering earthworks to form a cutting (Coleshill Manor Cutting); construction of a railway dive under (Birmingham Spur Dive-Under) and associated retaining walls (Coleshill Manor North and South); and ancillary works including construction of earthworks for maintenance access tracks, maintenance access stairs, drainage earthworks, construction of 10x cascade and waterfall systems, construction of a balancing pond, provision of concrete protection layers (robust kerb), provision of permanent parking areas and location of permanent fencing and vehicle restraint systems.
