Planning conditions
  1. Copper Beech tree (as marked within the notification) - Fell to ground level Oak tree (as marked within the notification) - Fell to ground level
  2. The removal of the Copper Beech tree will not have a detrimental impact on public amenity while the Oak tree is in terminal decline and therefore unsuitable for inclusion within a Tree Preservation Order.
  3. Dead trees play a vital role in maintaining biodiversity and providing habitat for invertebrates lichens, plants, fungi, bird and animal populations. Please consider retaining trees that are dying or have died standing wherever it is safe to do so, or at most made safe by removing the largest dead branches but without felling the main stem if possible.
