Planning conditions
  1. In concluding that no further details are required, the New Forest National Park Authority confirms only that the proposed development meets the criteria under Part 16 of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order. It does not constitute permission to commence works. Any works planned within the New Forest will require written consent from all relevant stakeholders, including the landowners. If the land falls within the perambulation of the New Forest, consent must also be obtained from the Verderers of the New Forest. Additionally, consent from Natural England may be required where the development could affect a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) or a protected European site. Furthermore, if the application site is registered common land, any works will be subject to the provisions of Part 3 of the Commons Act 2006, which requires consent from the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (via the Planning Inspectorate) for restricted works on common land, in addition to any other required consents. Undertaking works on common land without such permission may constitute an offence under the Commons Act 2006. The applicant is advised to ensure all necessary consents are in place before commencing any works.
